B-Arch (Bachelor of Architecture), 5 - Year Full Time Degree Course
Affiliated to University of Mumbai, and approved by Council of Architecture.

L. S. Raheja School of Architecture has been running successfully G.D. Arch. (5 years full time) Diploma equivalent to Degree Course for the last 54 years.

Now from the academic year 2007 - 2008, the School has been commencing B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture), 5 year full time Degree Course in it's new plush environs. This course is affiliated to University of Mumbai, and approved by Council of Architecture.

The minimum eligibility is 50% aggregate at 12th std. level (HSC or equivalent) & 45% for reserved category, with Mathematics compulsory. It is open for all students in Arts, Commerce and Science.

In addition to that the students are required to appear for common entrance exam through NATA ( National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and obtain minimum 40% marks to be eligible for B.Arch. Course.  

Applications are invited from interested candidates for admission for 1st year B. Arch. Degree Courses and for Management seats.
